Summary plan for next semester

What is the summary all about? The summary is about poor quality mortar, this is the plan for the next semester according to my own value and attitude. In this plan I document about poor quality mortar, what cause the poor quality mortar? Because when building with poor mortar it will case cracking in the wall and makes wall fall apart then what should be the solution to this problem so that one can impairment the poor quality mortar.
