MAPPING IN MALAKAL MARKET

NEW CONSTRUCTION STAGE-FOUNDATION WORK FOR STOREY HOUSE.
Through my learning yesterday is one places of the building following the road started from our hostels here going to market then from left hand side, new construction stage-foundation work for storey house near the road, so in our hostels going first bus station from right hand side ;there is construction building where by people comes in the morning for the work.

Then from the western side of MVTC campus; there is a street leading to the market where people sell goods of very many types of materials. Before there; l saw a place where people selling materials of different types of things in market .
The road going to the university male hostels from the market and before reaching the hostel you may find junction then you go where people are selling air-time; you branched to right hand side there clean where by hostels.

OBSERVATION OF TWO ACTIVITIES
Through my learning l have seen some areas where l do not work. We are three in group learning it is my first time for me to go down from the area. I do not go one day. We went up to the market, from the market following the road to the main road. Then we asked one of the boy to tell us the place where C/J workshop is located.

I have seen one of the C/J (carpentry and joinery) work shop at market and store of C/J work shop welding work shop these are the places l have seen in Malakal town. Because, l will not mention them with their names because l do not know the places. l don't know if only around the market where people sell items goods and so on. Then the materials of C/J work shop there in stores; but work shop is not seen in the areas. I asked a boy about industrial areas then the boy said he do not know.

Then we used the other side of road to come back and wait for the car to come, we finally then we come from the place were we have been waiting up to our hostels, waiting for car to come then it finally the car of the school. Drop us up to the market. We started to move around the market looking for the workshop place we could not get the workshop. Then l went to the bus station to wait for the taxi to take me up the road going to upper Nile university to see the area there and around the market .

l started to asked the price of some items, from l come back to the bus station and then l started coming back to the school. From there l started coming back to the school. From there l started doing some programm at the kitchen.

REFLECTIONS
Taking action, making change, experiencing new adventures these are some reasons to get out and do something. But the richness of the experience, the learning from the experience, these are equally important if we are going to transform society through action. reflection is in integral to learning, because it helps us build self-awareness strengthen personal and team growth, and improves our action for the next time. Reflection and observation activities can be done at anytime during the field trip, beginning middle or end. Unlike other field trip activities which build group learning skills, observation and reflection activities focus on individual expression.
